Looking for someone professional, so no late night parties. Obviously socialising is fine as long as no permamant guests.
20 mins walk from town centre, 3-4 mins drive, garage (somerfeild or BP) within 100 yards. on-site parking available for your self and any guests, no limits.
£300 deposit is required but the £500 per month would include all bills, rent, sky, broadband.
