Looking for friendly house mate

Hello,

Currently I have one room that I would like to rent out for £470 a month all bills included (and Broadband). I have one other lodger that rents a double. Both of us work a normal working week and will be around at the weekends. I have no set idea of what gender I would like to rent the room too as I have had both women and men in the past, however they must be pet free and I do not take couples (partners are however welcome to visit and or stay one night a week as long as they respect the living situation).

The house its self has plenty of surrounding parking, two toilets, garden and is kept in a clean and tidy state. I am a occasional smoker but the house is never smoked in, I would expect the same from anyone that lives here. Also I have two cats.

For those that don't drive there is a bus stop at the end of the road that will get you into Basingstoke town centre within a few minutes, plus the buses are very regular.

I am after people that are friendly, clean and tidy, willing to help with the communal areas and are looking for a place they can call home rather than a pit stop. The whole house is free to use within reason hence an expectation that everyone helps with the cleaning.

I'm happy to talk about all possible situations such as Monday to Friday rents, childcare and benefits.
