Double Room Available

Hi, I have a double furnished room to let in house. I am a professional and live with my daughter, although she only home one night a week. . I work during the day 12 hours shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off.. if I am not working i' am often in studying or out fishing days / nights.
The house has good easy access to town centre, bus stop (1 min), M3 access 5 mins, Sports centre 2 mins, Rail Station 10 mins, and leisure park 10 mins. Local shops easy walking distance, woods close bye and local pub with good beer garden and food easy walking distance.
There is off road private parking available.
I do have a pet cat who is very, very friendly.
Room would suite professional person.
Please note the room is currently under going full redecoration, and new flooring being laid. will add photos as as finished.
