Rooms to let

Single and double rooms to let in a shared house. The rooms are part furnished and there is a garden. I am looking for people who are fairly quiet and respectable and can get on with others. They must be prepared to share in keeping the house clean and tidy and the rent must be paid on time with no excuses!!
