The room measures approximately 2m x 3m, but in addition to this is a large deep cupboard space with shelves and a hanging rail providing plenty of storage.

There's a car parking area to the rear of the property, and a store to the front for bikes, boxes etc. The property is within a two minute walk of the local shop and various takeaways.

The room is offered for full-time occupancy, but would be well suited to someone looking for weekday accommodation.

Our houseshare’s really quiet and peaceful, consisting of friendly and outgoing people, so it’d be lovely to find someone who’s fun, friendly, conscientious, and gets on well with others.

All bills are included, and all shared areas are cleaned regularly.
