Carina Davison House is set in the heart of Basingstoke. It is a minute's walk from the the "top of town" area of Basingstoke and voted second in popularity to the town outside the apartments by the station.

Very popular part of the town-centre known as the top of town/ Winton Square - area has abundance of restaurants and late night bars. Festival Place has a central sports centre with a swimming pool and full spa treatments, squash courts, badminton and a full size Gym. Perhaps you fancy one of the classes?

The house sets back to Tudor times which had just two rooms to the front originally. The Victorian times brought a 'modern' facade and the 1970s, brought a substantial rear extension which now houses the common room for the kitchen, living room and dining facilities.

It now offers character oak beams, 2 en-suite rooms, benefits from both a shower room and additional wet room. This is an older style house so please do not expect things in prestine clinical fashion. Heating system is very good and provides 18c in colder times.

Both also available on a short let basis if required but a higher rate will apply. For Short lets I allow couples let to a couple currently but not on the permanent long term option.

The property is let by a professional professionals looking to share with others. We are seeking ideally people working social hours as heating will be off during the daytime (available if covering ah hoc day at home).

We can also offer daily rates if vacant room at a rate of £30 er night, min 2 nights booking taken. Weekly £180 (covers linen and weekly clean) monthly when less than 3 months £800/£700.
