I am looking to share the flat with a likeminded young female professional who is easy going.

The property is in a prime location within 8 minutes walk to the town centre/train station and 5 minutes drive to the motorway (M3).

There is a kitchen with a washing machine, living room with Virgin TV and bathroom with a power shower. The flat benefits from wireless broadband.

The room available is a neutrally decorated furnished double room that includes a chest of drawers, a desk and chair, a built in wardrobe and two bedside tables.

There is parking available both on street and in the garage.

Bills are not included in the rent so we would split these between us. They usually come to around £125 a month for each person.
