Alcohol, smoke and vape free house, 7 or 5 day

Very comfortable double room, with leather armchair, tv, virgin tivo box, fitted double wardrobes, very quiet. To share 3 bedroom house with me and two small friendly dogs. I keep the other double room empty. You have your own upright fridge freezer, I have my own. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. I provide all crockery etc. I do all the cleaning (unless you want to do some, optional), I just ask that you keep your room tidy. The dogs do not shed hairs so none on your cloths, nor do they smell doggy. Sorry but the house is non smoking, including vaping, and no alcohol. There is off road parking, bus stop 50 meters away either going to the hospital or Tesco's in Chineham, then town centre. I'm 1/2 mile from the Chineham industrial park. There is a Lidl and Tesco Metro close by. This is a quiet house so would appreciate someone who would respect that. The room is also available Monday - Friday @£450 per month or 7 days @ £500 per month, couples @ £700 per month I don't have a mobile so usually pick up my messages on here in the evenings. Thanks
