Quiet area with own bathroom & secure parking

MONDAY - FRIDAY LETS ONLY!

My husband & I live in Worting area of Basingstoke. We don't smoke, both work, and have a dog & 2 cats (no kids).

The dog is a small labrador cross; she's pretty laid back, very friendly and quiet. We're strict with her though so she's not allowed on sofas or upstairs, or to beg - our last lodger loved her! The cats are both fairly timid, though leave your bedroom door open and they'll likely find your bed. Up to you.

Basingstoke Leisure Park (gym, swimming, bowling, cinema, restaurants, ice skating, skiing, indoor sky-diving) is within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

The room is a generous double, furnished with a built in wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and TV with freeview. The room looks out over the rear garden which is lawn & patio and backs out onto woodland. Worth mentioning is that beyond the woods is the railway which may disturb only the lighter sleepers.

The bathroom is in the room adjacent, but accessed via the hallway. It contains a toilet, basin & corner bath (with very good overhead shower) with jets.

Parking is available on a gated driveway, cycle-storage available if needed.

The house itself is large with plenty of parking. There's a large kitchen and you'd have an entire fridge and double cupboard along with a drawer in the freezer. The whole house is in good decorative order.

We don't like clutter and tend to keep things clean and tidy so we'd be looking for someone similar. We have broadband, but don't subscribe to any TV services.

Weekends are normally spent seeing friends and family whom we often host and taking the dog out.

We're not fans of any strong religious views and your sexual orientation is none of our business.
