Double room to rent in a 3 bedroom new build house to share with 2 other females. I am the live in landlady but travel quite a lot.

Room includes a double wardrobe, another double storage unit, dressing table, double bed and bedside table.

Full use of all amenities: living room with TV, conservatory, small garden with a shed for possible storage of a bicycle, broadband wifi, kitchen with washing machine and fridge freezer, family bathroom to share with one other only (since I have an ensuite), downstairs WC also.

Located in Popley, Basingstoke. Local convenience shop, doctors surgery and dentist just 2 mins walk. Good bus service and bus stop close by. 20 mins walk to train station.

Must be clean and tidy person. Female non-smoker preferable.

£500 per month, all bills and as mentioned broadband wifi included.

6 months rental period.
