Double Room with own Bathroom

Close to town double furnished room with pretty much sole access to family bathroom (unless I have guests).
Suitable to someone who commutes by train or can walk/cycle from Sinclair Drive. No car parking available but there are motorcycle places. Must like cats. Owner works evenings and most weekends so not about much. Rent includes all bills except telephone and food (or pay TV !!) . Also use of dishwasher. I have wireless broadband and BT Vision. (Living Room can be discussed on meeting).
Looking for someone honest, reliable, clean and professional - wont see them much but if you are living with me, we need to get on reasonably ! Also need to be capable of wiping down kitchen sides, emptying full bins and running hoover around if needed.

I have 2 very friendly cats (that have learned to open doors...)
