We are a young professional, friendly and outgoing couple with a double room to rent in a 2 bedroom semi detached house off Hatch Warren way.

Rent includes all bills with fibre optic broadband and virgin tv package.

Our cosy warm and modern house is double glazed with central heating throughout. The room has a double bed with a chest of drawers and large 4 door wardrobe.

The bathroom has modern furnishing and the kitchen was replaced last year. Parking is available on the drive at the side of the property which leads to the garden at rear which will be great for bbq's this summer.

Would suit professional individual looking for a high standard of accommodation within easy access of bus route to town and M3
