We have a large double room to rent which is a 5 minute walk to the town centre, and a 10 minute walk to the train station. The rent is £500 per month including bills, and unlimited Wifi.

The house is a Victorian semi, with a large garden and use of washing machine, tumble dryer, shed and loft space if required.

It is a lovely bright ground floor room, recently decorated and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and a full size fridge. There is also a microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker in the room. There is a downstairs toilet and sink and a bathroom on the first floor with shower, sink, bath and toilet.

You are welcome to share the kitchen and living room.

I live in the property with my cats and a gentle giant of a dog, as well as two other lodgers. Anyone who comes to live with us will have to like animals! We are happy for you to bring a small housetrained pet with you provided it gets on ok with our pets. We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, trustworthy and sociable but not a party animal. We sometimes work unsocial hours, so need someone who can appreciate and respect that. Ideally we want someone who wants a home rather than a just a room.
