Double room with en suite in Hatch Warren

I have a nice room available to rent in the Hatch Warren area of Basingstoke. The room itself is a double room with large fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. It is also fully furnished including TV.

The house is a modern 3 bedroom detached property with a garage and all usual facilities including parking and a south facing garden which is nice in the summer.

I am the owner and only other occupant in the house. .

I am looking for a professional person who is clean and tidy!

Somebody who is looking for Monday to Friday would be ideal and would be my preference, but not essential.

I am a very easy going down to earth guy, easy to get on with with a relaxed attitude to life. I enjoy keeping fit (running, cycling and gym), traveling and generally being active and out and about.

I do have a cat called Malcolm (so you must be ok with this).
