I like a clean and tidy house and do not like living with clutter. A persons room is private and can be however they like, but communal areas to remain clean and tidy please.
I am happy to wash and dry laundry, including bedding for an extra fee to be agreed, if you would like.
Note: I have a small dog (not yappy) and a rabbit which lives outside.
