Double room - Nice quite/relaxed area

I have a double room available in a lovely area in Winklebury (Basingstoke).
The double room will contain the following:
1) double bed with base and mattress
2) built in cupboards
3) drawer

The house has two rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom/shower and toilet.
Downstairs is a shared living area and shared kitchen and comes fully furnished.

Outside we have a garden at the back which is used for bbqs in the summer and winter....

Transport: There is a bus stop around the corner(1 min walk) which stops every 5 minutes and provides easy access to the train station.

I am a chilled professional working in Surrey as an IT Professional Monday to Friday. I have a six year old son who stays over on weekends, generally 2 weekends out of a month.

And will also accept Mon - Fri for a reduced price.
