Flatmate wanted

I am looking for a friendly, young female professional flatmate who is easy to get along with and sociable.

The train station/town centre is a quick walk away. There's also good access to the M3.

The flat has a washing machine, Virgin TV and broadband and bathroom with a bath/shower.

The available room is a neutrally decorated furnished double room that includes a chest of drawers, a desk and chair, a built in wardrobe and a bedside table.

There is parking available both on street and in the garage.

Bills are not included in the rent so we would split these between us. They usually come to around £125 a month each.
