Lodger wanted - big double room -£480pm

Hi there,

My name is Abby and I have a double room available for rent. The room available is spacious with fitted wardrobes and comes with a double bed and a bed side table. The bathroom is new as of last year and shared for the house with an additional downstairs toilet. There is a large open living room with patio windows that overlook the garden.

I'm hoping to find someone that is pet friendly because I will have with me my miniature Schnauzer named Eddie and cat called Merlin.

There is a good bus link to the town centre from the main road. The commute to town via car is approx 8-10 minutes in the morning and across to Chineham takes approx 20 minutes. There is plenty of parking for anyone who comes with their own car.
