Dawn and Andy - often abroad

We are a married couple who spend most of our year abroad. We want to share our house with either a neat and tidy single person or a couple.
You will have your own large lounge, double bedroom and when we return to UK in May and build our shower room you will have the family bathroom to yourselves.
We will share the kitchen so neat, clean and tidy people who are not afraid to wash up their dishes are requested!

We will initially be abroad from 13 Jan - 4th May so you will be on your own. We will then be building our en suite shower room when we return.

We don't want smokers or children and prefer no pets but would maybe consider a house trained cat.
We are both into squash and basically all sports, we are not noisy but are sociable.
We take the house over on 19th December so viewings can be after this date as we will be painting and decorating to make it nice. It is in Winklebury so near to bus routes.

We are happy to have someone who only wants 4 or 5 months. We've deliberately put a less expensive monthly price as we will share the council tax but you will pay the bills when you are there alone. We'll share when we are there.
