House Rules:

* No smoking, no pets, no parties or outside visitors
* Keep shared areas clean and tidy
* Respect fellow housemates (max 2 people in the house)

As house member you are expected to leave common areas such as kitchen & toilets in clean, tidy state as you would expect for yourself. There are shared responsibilities such as top up water softener salt, replace BIN bag as and when required.

Rooms & Rent:

* Double Room: £700 pcm (Available)
* Deposit: £350 refundable (subject to checkout condition)

Bills included: Council tax, energy & Wi-Fi.

Extra £50 pcm for full-time work from home (>2 days/week).

Requirements:

* ID & Right to Rent checks
* Employment/reference checks if required
* 1 month notice to move out

Short-term and rolling monthly options available.
Rental agreement will be done accordingly.
