The available bedroom has a double bed with a quality mattress and is fully furnished it also has original features - sash windows and a cast iron fireplace. It is a pretty room with Laura Ashley duck egg blue curtains and wallpaper. There is plenty of storage space with shelving either side of the original fireplace, a double pine wardrobe and matching chest
It has a huge private bathroom for only you, with a freestanding bath and overhead drench shower. The boiler provides constant and unlimited hot water. The bathroom has just been completely redecorated in preparation for the new tenant.
Not only does each bedroom have a private bathroom, but also a private sitting room each which is fully furnished. There is a television point and we pay for the TV licence. A new desk and office chair is included for home working.
Only the kitchen is shared. It has been newly installed in May 2025 and has top of the range appliances.
There is a small courtyard garden which is perfect for reading the paper and sipping a coffee!

The existing female tenant is lovely and enjoys living in the house. She has lived there for 5 years and is sociable, kind and respectful of others. It is important that the new tenant will fit in and both of you will have something in common and be able to feel comfortable.
