Huge Room with private bathroom

This very large room is available in the Limes Park area near the hospital. The house is modern and equipped to a very high standard. It is a quiet area and has a convenient Co-op nearby. The station and town centre are not far away. We are a friendly bunch and there is a great atmosphere in the house but also we respect the need for quiet at night.

The bedroom has it's own mini lounge area with TV. Also the room has its own private bathroom with bath and shower and there is a very large clothes drying room.

There is a large lounge on the ground floor which is for communal use. The large shared kitchen is well equipped.

All utilities and rates as well as Fibre broadband are included in the rent. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier in a small utility room.

Parking is available.

I am looking for a respectful person who will fit in with current occupants and be friendly and tidy. Sorry but no couples.
