Quiet location in Hatch Warren. Driveway parking and double garage for storage. Large garden. Clean and tidy housemates only please. Will consider Mon-Fri also. I have a friendly cat. Good sized lounge which I hardly use, utility room with use of washing machine and tumble dryer, good sized kitchen and cloakroom. Bus routes to town centre, train station and Leisure Park across the road and run every 10 minutes and J7 M3 nearby as is the countryside. I have a warm welcoming home, am laid back and sociable. I usually charge £480 but as there is a single bed in there at the moment have dropped the price to £450, this gives more room also. The room has a single bed with underbed storage , bedside cabinet, bookcase, chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe and looks out onto the private garden.
