Modern Double room for rent in Beggarwood

We are looking for a tidy, professional individual to rent a double bedroom in our property.

The room available is a lovely, light and decent sized double room with king size bed w/mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers included. A 42" Samsung smart TV will also be included in your room. If you prefer the room to be unfurnished this can also be arranged.

The room is on the ground floor of our 4 bedroom town house, as is your own bathroom with shower and also the shared utility room with washing machine. You will also have shared use of our gardens.

The shared kitchen is a large new modern kitchen with plenty of storage and a large shared fridge/freezer.

There is a shared living room area, we have our own living room upstairs, so we would rarely ever use the downstairs shared room.

Room rent is £600/month. Room includes bills (council tax, utilities and internet/wifi).

Unfortunately there will be no available off-street parking, but there is plenty of street parking nearby off the main road.

The house is located in a quiet residential street in Beggarwood, a lovely, desirable area of Basingstoke.

There is a bus route that passes just outside of the house that leads straight into town with a stop just outside the front door. Junction 7 of the M3 is also 2 minutes down the road for motorway commuters.

The Co-op, Post Office as well as a GP/Dentist with local pharmacy is all a short walk away. If you want to do a bigger shop, the nearby Sainsburys is a 2 minute drive away or a 5-10 minute walk.

You will be living with us, a friendly young couple who like to keep a tidy house. Our rooms/living space are on the upper floors, so we shouldn't disturb you too much if you prefer your privacy.

It is a non-smoking house and currently a pet free home.

The room is rented on a 3 month minimum tenancy.
