We have a double, fully furnished room with use of own bathroom, and well equipped home gym access available to a single professional from 30/08/25,

The room is very bright with large floor windows. It includes a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe, TV and a desk.


Next to your room is the family bathroom which is yours although we may borrow it for the occasional bath!

The House;

To the first floor, a communal living room communal kitchen with all mod cons including dish washer and adjoined conservatory which is wonderful for an evening meal, to the rear a small garden with a large double garage at the end with gym equipment. Including assault bike, power rack and 200kg weights.

The Location;

The house is a 4 bedroom townhouse located in Popley, Basingstoke.

It has excellent public transport links, with a bus stop located just a 1 minute walk from the house, providing access to central town in 15 minutes.

There is easy access also to the M3 and A33 (25-30 minute drive to Reading).

Why this house?

About us

Myself and Yasmin are friendly and sociable live in landlords. We are young professionals aged 33- 38 who enjoy keeping active, travelling and learning new languages. We have a gorgeous Maine Coon cat named Celeste who is well behaved and is adored by visitors.

Mutual respect and cleanliness are important character traits to us.
