This large house is located in the Limes Park area near the hospital. The house is modern and equipped to a very high standard. It is a quiet area and has a convenient Co-op nearby. The station and town centre are not far away. We are a friendly bunch and there is a great atmosphere in the house but also we respect the need for quiet at night.

The house has a large shared kitchen and a shared lounge (see pics)

All Utilities and rates are included as well as fibre broadband. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a separate drying room.
