I am a live in landlord my home is in a modern townhouse nestled in a quiet corner in a peaceful area perfect for someone who is looking for quietness, peace, calm, and a clean tidy, homely living environment. It is perfect for relaxing in at the end of your workday. It is in a secluded part of Chineham situated on a private road.

You would be living with a friendly happy professional woman and another lodger who has lived here for around a year and a half. It is as quiet and social as you wish we like our own space as well as being social.

The room has a very comfortable double size bed pocketed spring mattress which is a few years old. There is Fitted wardrobes with plenty of fitted shelfs. There is 2 bed side cupboards and a smart TV. The room is at the back of the house and shares the bathroom with one other room.
