• Utility bills included, Internet, parking along the main road, access to Bathroom, Kitchen, downstairs toilet, Utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer) and Garden.

• £600 per calendar month.

• There are friendly large 2 dogs that live on the property so anyone with pet allergies, will not be suitable.

• Limited access to the owners Living room downstairs because this is the dogs territory.

• No Smokers

• Single occupancy, therefore NO girlfriends/ boyfriends or partners to stay overnight.

• Other house rules apply which Lodgers must agree to.
