A lovely room to rent, in a friendly shared house currently with two professional males, both in their 20's. We are looking for a clean and tidy person, male or female, who has rented before. The house is clean and tidy and has Wi Fi and is in an excellent position close to all amenities inc Festival Place, shops, bars and restaurants, and also the Railway Station and a fabulous Sports Centre/ Gym too. There is a weekly cleaner who cleans all communal areas, and a regular gardener too. The room is available from 30 Sept . The room is £650 PCM with a £650 deposit.
