The reception rooms have a modern look. ( I don’t have a TV in the reception, Lodger can have TV in their room).
Sharing areas are kitchen, reception room and bathroom.
Parking is on-street parking.
Broadband available.
Bills included ( except for common cleaning products which is less than £10 per month)
Mon- Fri Let can be considered.
The lodger should be friendly, considerate, tidy and help in cleaning common areas.
