I have a large double bedroom available in a refurbished house, including energy efficient boiler and double glazing.

The house is very light and clean and is in a quiet residential area with off road parking. Conveniently located, being a 10 minute walk from the main university campus/Southampton Common and with easy access to the M27 and M3 motorways.

I am a live in landlord studying a masters in engineering at the University full-time. I am ideally looking to share with post graduate students but would consider 3rd/4th year undergraduates.

Downstairs Bedroom 1: Very light and spacious double study bedroom. Fully furnished including large table/desk with storage cabinet under, large bookcase and chest of draws, double bed (with storage space under) and mattress. Comes with a wardrobe, plus additional sofa chair

Main shower room: Shower, basin and toilet to be shared by just the two room occupants.

Kitchen: Light and clean, fully equipped with
cooker/microwave/fridge/freezer/washing machine, with dining/breakfast table. Plenty of cupboard storage space.

A tumble dryer and bike storage available in the garage. Parking space available on drive for each room occupant and parking permit available if required.

Shared patio area/garden

Utility bills and broadband to be split between all three occupants including myself.
