The house is a private student residence and was just constructed in 2016. The room has a big 4ft comfortable bed, a desk, a cozy chair as well as a useful shelf and a wardrobe.

You can use the washing machine and the tumble dryer for free. Both are located in the flat.

There are two modern bathrooms and an up to date kitchen/living room with two sofas, a dish washer and two spacious refrigerators with freezers. On top of that, there is a flatscreen smart TV and Netflix is included in the rent. Even a dishwasher is in the kitchen. The aforementioned areas in this passage get cleaned once a week for free by a cleaning company.

Very close to the accommodation are the Bus routes: WSA Shuttle Bus, Bluestar 1 & Unilink.
