An opportunity to live in one of two spare rooms of a beautifully looked after, calm house in a quiet unadopted private road in Bassett Green area of Southampton. I am technically a live In landlord with this being my main residence, but I am away on business during the week, only returning to my household (with my partner) on alternate weekends to be with family and friends who live nearby. I am seeking a professional or perhaps mature student who wants to live in Southampton. Trust, honesty and integrity are important to me.
You will be joining an existing female lodger who is in her mid twenties. She currently rents a room on a M-F basis.
I am currently accepting viewings from female lodgers, given status of my existing lodger.
I am happy to consider M-F arrangement for reduced fee.
The accommodation includes access to a living room, dining room, kitchen and conservatory and of course full use of the garden. Ample off road parking is available on the drive.
The house is within easy reach of the motorway (M3 and M27) and Southampton University campus,. It is close to a number of bus routes with easy access to the city centre and hospital. It is also walking distance of Swaythling rail station (10 minute) and close to Parkway station and the Airport.
