Looking to rent out BOTH rooms (both rooms have their OWN bathrooms, see video) from mid September 2025).

Time scale - mainly looking for mature students/phds/researchers for a at least a 10 month contract from mid September 2025.

The price includes broadband but NOT electricity and gas (not included council tax either if you are a young professional). (typical consumption from previous tenants are around £90-£110 for entire flat per month, but obviously I can't guarantee that as depends on your own usage and weather etc, so just for your reference. )

2 mins walk to Highfield campus (where there's a bus interchange station)

1 min walk to Southampton common

15 min walk to Avenue campus

Free car parking (just next to the garage)

Secure garage for bikes , extra luggage or any other things you have

being clean and respectful is vital. (Smoking is NOT allowed in the flat thanks )
