1 room available in 3 bed house

Hello I am looking for 2 students or young professional FEMALE housemates to live with me in a 3 bed house only 5 minutes walk to University of Southampton highfield campus. It is also a 3 minute walk to the main bus stops and less than a 10 min drive to the hospital. There is a drive with space for 2 cars and on street permit parking.

I am a med student so may be away on placement at times so am looking for future housemates to be reliable and keep the place clean and tidy if I am away. Basic level of house keeping is expected eg changing light bulbs, defrosting the freezer, etc.

The house had a new kitchen, bathroom and flooring installed 3 years ago and there Are 2 double rooms available. There is a living room, a dining room and all required amenities such as TV, washing machine etc etc
No bills will be included.
