5 bedroom house! 3 Double rooms left. ! The rooms for mature students (preferably for Masters and PhD). Postdoctoral research fellows are welcome as well as working professionals.

The house is located just a minute away from the Southampton Common.
Each room is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, an office chair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawer/ bed side cabinet.

There is a large communal area - kitchen+ dining room.

All bills are included - water, gas, electricity, Council tax, wifi and TV licence. We are more than reasonable with the heating during the winter. We want to make sure that you have nice and warm house during the winter.
There are 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets
