2 double rooms available in modern house

Hello I am looking for 2 students or young professional FEMALE preferred housemates to live with me in a 3 bed house only 5 minutes walk to University of Southampton highfield campus. It is also a 3 minute walk to the main bus stops and less than a 10 min drive to the hospital. There is a drive with space for 2 cars and on street permit parking.

I am looking for reliable, clean and respectable housemates as am often away for work. I am a 26yo doctor who enjoys cycling and yoga. Have had lodgers for the last 5 years most of which have stayed multiple terms so looking for the same 😃

The house had a new kitchen, bathroom and flooring installed 5 years ago and there Are 2 double rooms available. There is a living room, a dining room and all required amenities such as TV, washing machine etc etc
No bills included except tv license.
