Double bedroom & Lounge/Office Couples welcome (2 rooms sole-use) in quiet cul-de-sac.

I am looking for a lodger/s for a bills included, furnished sole use double bedroom & sole-use lounge/office area which would suit a professional couple or single professional in Bassett. There are allocated cupboard & shelf spaces in all shared rooms, outside bike storage accessed through a coded gate, on-street free parking, & you will share the bathroom, downstairs toilet, & well-equipped kitchen with me, a live-in mid 50s young at heart male landlord. Council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV licence & Wi-Fi are included. Bassett is a few miles from central Southampton with bus, train & cycle routes in all directions, & easy access to M27 & M3 leading to London, New Forest & the sunny beaches of Bournemouth. Available early Feb. Rent £675 single person/£725 couple per calendar month including bills.

Sole-use Double bedroom has a double bed (Note Bed is a different double bed to the one pictured), side table with drawers, built in wardrobe with hanging space & hangers, 4 drawer chest of drawers, window blind & voile curtains.

Sole-use Lounge/Office area has a sofa bed, TV stand with shelves, lamp, window blind & voile curtains, & a clothes airer (to be used with the window ajar)

Shared bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet, basin, & an allocated personal storage shelf with baskets, & a share of a large mirrored wall cabinet.

Shared well equipped kitchen has a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sole-use allocated personal cupboard & drawer, fridge & freezer spaces. shared mugs, bowls, cutlery, pans, & utensils.

Shared hallway has coat hook & shoe storage.

Finer detail: Partner or friend of tenant/tenants may stay over 2 nights a week. TV ok to be fixed to walls. Pets are not considered with no exceptions, Smokers considered but all smoking is to be away from the property so totally off the premises, I do expect tenants to clean up in shared areas immediately after use so they are ready for the next user, & to purchase some of the cleaning products. Initial let to suit tenant needs (minimum 2 months).
