We have a gorgeous fully detached modern house with a 5 minute walk to Highfield campus, across the road from Bolderwood campus and connected to The Common. We are within a minutes walk from 2 key bus stations (U2C, U2B, U6C, U6H) and a Voi/Beryl parking stop.

We have a large astro turf garden with two BBQ's, a living room including a designated dining area, a separate fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, with a bike storage garage and a large driveway (no parking permit required!). The image of the bedroom attached below is the room available.

We have been living here for a year, and take pride in our home and view it as a safe space to relax, host guests and run social events. Some of the highlight events have been group dinners, large barbecues, movie nights, society socials and the occasional party.

To offset rent costs we're always on the hunt for good utilities deals with the last set of bills coming out to a total of £50 a month! (This isn't a fixed rate and depends on monthly usage) Our council tax band is E but we are tax exempt due to being a student home.

We are an all male house of 6 engineers, one Mechanical, one Acoustical, one Electrical and three Electrical/Electronics. This listing has been made as unfortunately one of our housemates has decided to move home due to needing to take an external retake.

We are fortunate to have a great set of private landlords, we neighbour a telecom switching station, some friendly neighbours and the common making noise and privacy not a problem.
