Hello :) I am advertising on behalf of my mum.

Double room available with beautiful view onto landscaped garden in a large 4 bedroom house in Bassett. Use of own bathroom which is next to bedroom. Also additional walk in room which can be used as walk in wardrobe or just to store belongings on the weekends when away from the property.

It is just my mum living at the property, there won’t be any other lodgers. She is a healthcare professional with clear DBS background check. Planning to retire in August. She currently works 3 days a week. The property is in a very quiet and safe area with driveway parking as well as free street parking right outside.

My mum has her own bedroom with en suite and a separate toilet. Kitchen and living room are shared. Garden is beautiful in the spring / summer / autumn.

Looking for somebody needing a Monday - Friday let ideally. No couples. Non smokers.
