Good sized room for rent in 2 bedroom property, Swaythling. Close to Southampton University (15mins walk), Airport Parkway Station (15mins walk), Swaythling Station (10 mins walk). Parking available on street without permit.

Room comes with desk, bed, matress, chair and wardrobe. Shared toilet and separate shared bathroom. Kitchen and living room shared, outside patio and grass garden on rear. Shared spare room I am using as a gym, bench and weights. Extra storage available in hall and external locked shed.

I am a 35 year old work at home professional, quiet and clean, looking for someone similar. Hired cleaner will come every two weeks and clean communial areas.

Couples considered at an increased price, all bills included. Short lets considered. LGBT+ friendly. Pets considered (not cats, I am allergic, sorry!). I plan to get a puppy in the future, love dogs. Dogs will have access to communial areas (but not unsupervised).

Property has Wifi with Toob (900mbts), Amazon Alexa controlled lights, washing machine, fridge, hob and oven. You are welcome to share my kitchen stuff.
