Access available to all shared rooms and communal areas of the house (living room, bathroom, kitchen).
A working space with desk is set up at the end of the kitchen and will be available for use if you need to WFH.

Tenancy available to start ASAP.

As the homeowner I will keep the other bedroom, but I will be away due to travelling commitments for most of 2026. During these periods you will have the place to yourself.
