Room in beautiful 3 bedrrom House

Hi! I´m just moving to Southampton and have rented out this beautiful mid terrace townhouse with accomodation arranged over 3 floors. The propety consists of 4 bedrroms (am planning to keep one - which is a single) as a guestroom for all of us to use, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 1 dining room, a large modern kitchen as well as a garden. Sky and broadband available.
Rent is 400 or 450 + bills.

I´m 37, laid back, considerate and funloving and am looking for housemates who like to laugh and are easygoing.
