Room to rent in 2 bedroom house

I am looking for a professional or student to rent a double bedroom in a two bedroom house right next to Southampton university. The house is non smoking but there is a garden. I am currently renting the other single bedroom out to a nursing student who also works at the general hospital. My cat also shares this house so I am making sure I find the right person for the room. The bills split are about £66 each.
