The flat has a lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom and shower room (so, one each) and plenty more storage.
Parking available, close to bus routes, 10 minutes walk from University of Southampton Highfield Campus and 5 minutes walk from Boldrewood Campus. The Common is also close by and the flats are surrounded by a beautifully kept communal garden.
Water and service charge is included in rent. Gas, electric, council tax, broadband and TV license paid in addition to rent.

The flatmate: female, mid-20s, full-time job at a charity in the city centre, tidy, respectful, sociable, frequent baker, lived in flat for two years.
