Double room available in Luxury Apartment

Hello, my name is Sam, I am 25 and work full time. I am looking for a friendly, clean and tidy ideally femaile housemate to rent my spare room. I recently purchased the apartment. It is a very spacious and luxurious apartment with a gated entrance. There is a balcony and street parking available. There is two bathrooms. The room has a large fitted wardrove with a ot of shelf space too. Thedre is also a chest of draws availbale if required. I am flexible for how long you wish to stay and when you would like to move in. :)
