Professional male wanted to rent large double room

Large sunny double bedroom in a young professional house share. The house is a good sized detached with plenty of space and a large garden with decking perfect for BBQ's. There's a drive for 3 cars plus unrestricted parking on the street outside.

The house is nicely decorated, clean and tidy, with wooden floorboards and comfy sofas in the front room, a power shower, dishwasher, and high speed (70Mb) internet. There's easy access to both the M27 and the M3, and plenty of options for getting into the city centre.

In total there will be four housemates - two guys and two girls... they're a friendly, sociable bunch who often enjoy a drink together in the evenings.

Rent is £320 + bills, initially on a 6 month contract (but with the option to extend or shorten as needed). No smoking in the house but there is a porch outside. No shift workers/students please.
