Double room (single bed) 5 minutes from Uni.

Hi, we are a middle aged professional couple who rent out one of our rooms. We currently have a post grad professional who moves out on 1st July 2015. The room has a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and large work desk. We all share the bathroom. We are a quiet couple but sociable. The house is 5 minutes walk from the University of Southampton, Highfield. Use of unlimited broadband (wireless and wired if preferred), washing machine, tumble dryer (only for use when raining), kitchen and garden. Smokers must use the garden. We supply bed linen and towels. Also guests can use saucepans, crockery and cutlery and of course the cooker. There is cupboard space for food and also fridge and freezer space. We welcome anyone into our home but do not like loud music and expect the respect we give to our guests.
