Southampton Flat for rent

Hello,

I have a flat available for rent. The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, one kitchen, one lounge, one balcony.

The area is a restricted zone parking (Oct-Apr). It is in Zone 9 with parking restricted to residents only during weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm. It is possible to buy a visitor parking or a resident parking from the city (£30 for a year, I think).

My flat is within 10 minutes walking distance of the University of Southampton and is 45 minutes walk from the General Hospital.

I am letting the flat furnished

You will be responsible for the electric bill, and council tax (band B) and water.

This is suitable for someone at the university, a staff or a postgrad student or someone at the hospital. Employees should have held their employment for sometime.

I will verify with your employer or University and will take up references.

The term is for six months and if it is to be extended then we can review that before the end of term.
The lease of my building does not allow pets or children.
