Double room available

Looking for someone to share a large 3 bedroom house, I have a Double Room available.
Unlimited wireless BT Broadband throughout the house, I have a spare TV with freeview box if required, the room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and armchair. House has a large Kitchen/Diner, lounge, downstairs wc, bathroom, garden with private patio and Hydro Therapy Hot Tub with views over open fields and woodland. House has a cleaner once a week to clean all shared areas.
Plenty of off road driveway parking in front of the house. I have Labrador Dogs kennelled in the garden, so must be OK with dogs. Very quiet rural location with nice village pub easy access to Basingstoke, Winchester, Alton, Hook and Petersfield via A31 or A339, regular hourly buses to Alton.
